Pre Wedding Duties

  • Coordinating accommodations, transportation and child care

  • Marriage License

  • Unlimited meetings and coordination time

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal


Wedding Day

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Coordinate load-out

  • Unlimited time on-site with yours or our coordination team allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background details

With my month of services, I will help you create a wedding day itinerary that includes items for your wedding vendors and bridal party, confirms and coordinate details and logistics with your vendors, ceremony speakers and other service providers, provide recommendations on any services or items you may have forgotten, go over venue with you to discuss the floor plan and make suggestions on how to execute the reception, hold a final meeting the week of the wedding to discuss the wedding day timeline and lastly coordinate your wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception

Day-of Coordinating or "Event Day Management" will be logistically focused and available to you to get everything organized as you lead up to the day of the wedding. SLATE + COMPANY is there to take over on the day of the wedding to ensure that all details that are planned, are executed. As we like to say, a day of coordinator is essential for any couple who wants to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work and planning. Having SLATE + COMPANY  there to handle the logistics is so essential because a wedding couple should be able to enjoy themselves at their wedding and not worry about anything!
